Weekly Highlights

I was ecstatic to see Will's writing from his science class. His little hand apparently got tired because he needed a scribe, but I love that he wrote all by himself, "Monkeys groom to show they care."

This week Ruth finished her quilt top and I finished my King size quilt.

I also finished Halloween costumes, curled my hair one day (that is definitely considered a project) and painted Halloween nails, woo!

This week we...

Labor Day Vacation

We went to Redding after church. We headed straight for the pool.

Monday we went to Castle Crags and enjoyed the shopping and food in Redding.

Tuesday we took advantage of being the only people around, since everyone else was back at school and work, and headed to Whiskey Town. It was perfect!

 Brad also picked up a guitar while we were there!
